Every holiday a country observes in a given year, dated and named, with the categories that country actually supports. Useful when an agent needs to know whether tomorrow is a working day somewhere it has never been.

Route: GET /holidays/{iso2}/{year} · optional ?type=public,bank
Input: An ISO-2 country code and a year. Optionally one or more of public, bank, school, observance, optional.
